FIN Technologies

We film the walkthrough and build the site it lives on.

FIN Technologies works with agents, builders and small businesses across North Carolina. Property tours that let a buyer walk the place from their couch, and websites we design, build and keep running.

Every walkthrough starts as a route. We plan the path before the camera moves, so the tour reads like a real visit instead of a slideshow.

What working with us looks like

North Carolina

We shoot across the state and travel for larger properties.

A fixed quote first

Scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts.

You own the work

Footage, photos, domain and source code are yours, during and after.

One person, start to finish

The person who scopes your project is the person who does it.

What we do

Three services that tend to arrive together: something to show, somewhere to show it, and someone keeping it online.

A room in plan with a camera position and the area it covers.

Property walkthroughs

A 3D tour a buyer can move through at their own pace, plus a narrated video version for listings and social. Shot in a half day for most homes.

How a shoot works

  • 3D tour with a shareable link
  • HD video walkthrough
  • Stills, colour-corrected
  • Measured floor plan
A browser window with a heading and lines of text.

Websites

Design and build for small businesses and agents. Static by default, which means pages that load quickly, cost little to run and are hard to break.

What a build includes

  • Design, then build
  • Works on a phone
  • Accessibility pass before launch
  • You get the code
A globe with a marked connection point.

Hosting & care

Domain, DNS, certificates, backups and the small text changes that pile up. Month to month. Leave whenever you like and we'll hand over the keys.

What's covered

  • Domain and DNS set up
  • HTTPS, renewed automatically
  • Content edits each month
  • No lock-in, no exit fee
Four points joined by lines.

In development

Things we're building and testing: listing pages generated straight from a walkthrough, interactive neighbourhood maps, and small internal tools for brokerages. None of these are finished products yet — ask us where they stand and we'll tell you honestly.

How a project runs

Four steps, same every time. You'll know the price before step three.

  1. A call

Twenty minutes. You describe the property or the business, we tell you whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck.

  2. A written quote

Fixed price, fixed scope, with anything that would cost extra named up front. It's valid for 30 days. If you say no, that's the end of it.

  3. The work

A shoot date, or a design you see before anything gets built. You review at two points, not ten, so it doesn't drag.

  4. Handover

You get the files, the domain, the repository and the logins. If we host for you, that's a separate monthly agreement you can end any time.

Sample work

These are our own concept pieces, not client projects — we'll swap in real work here as clients approve it.

Three-bed bungalow, [town]

3D tour, video walkthrough and a measured floor plan, shot in one morning.

Listing site for a small agency

Six pages, a tour embed on each listing, and an enquiry form that goes straight to the agent.

Floor plans from a walkthrough

Measured plans drawn from the same capture session, ready for the MLS.

What it costs

Starting points, not quotes. Your written quote is fixed, and anything that would add to it gets named before we begin. No setup fee, no rush fee, no charge for handing your own files back to you.

Questions people actually ask

Who owns the photos and the tour?

You do, once the invoice is paid. You get the original files, and you can use them anywhere, for as long as you like. We'll ask separately if we'd like to show a project on this site, and no is a fine answer.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take the domain, the code repository and the files, and we help you move them. There's no exit fee and no notice period beyond the month you've already paid for. It's set out in the terms of service.

Can I get a refund?

Deposits are refundable up to seven days before a booked shoot date, and website work is billed in milestones so you're never paying far ahead of the work. Full detail is in the refund policy.

How long does a website take?

Three to five weeks is typical for a small site, measured from the day we have your text and images. The honest bottleneck is usually content, not build time, so we'll tell you exactly what we need on day one.

Do I have to buy hosting from you?

No. We build sites that run on ordinary static hosting, so you can take yours anywhere. Plenty of clients host elsewhere and only come back when they want changes.

Is the site accessible?

We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, real alt text, contrast that passes, and headings in a sensible order. Our own accessibility statement says what we've tested and what we haven't.

Tell us about the property or the business.

A short email is enough to start. We'll reply within one business day, and we'll say so plainly if it isn't a good fit.
