Three-bed bungalow, [town]
3D tour, video walkthrough and a measured floor plan, shot in one morning.
FIN Technologies works with agents, builders and small businesses across North Carolina. Property tours that let a buyer walk the place from their couch, and websites we design, build and keep running.
Every walkthrough starts as a route. We plan the path before the camera moves, so the tour reads like a real visit instead of a slideshow.
We shoot across the state and travel for larger properties.
Scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts.
Footage, photos, domain and source code are yours, during and after.
The person who scopes your project is the person who does it.
Three services that tend to arrive together: something to show, somewhere to show it, and someone keeping it online.
A 3D tour a buyer can move through at their own pace, plus a narrated video version for listings and social. Shot in a half day for most homes.
Design and build for small businesses and agents. Static by default, which means pages that load quickly, cost little to run and are hard to break.
Domain, DNS, certificates, backups and the small text changes that pile up. Month to month. Leave whenever you like and we'll hand over the keys.
Things we're building and testing: listing pages generated straight from a walkthrough, interactive neighbourhood maps, and small internal tools for brokerages. None of these are finished products yet — ask us where they stand and we'll tell you honestly.
Four steps, same every time. You'll know the price before step three.
Twenty minutes. You describe the property or the business, we tell you whether we're the right fit. No pitch deck.
Fixed price, fixed scope, with anything that would cost extra named up front. It's valid for 30 days. If you say no, that's the end of it.
A shoot date, or a design you see before anything gets built. You review at two points, not ten, so it doesn't drag.
You get the files, the domain, the repository and the logins. If we host for you, that's a separate monthly agreement you can end any time.
These are our own concept pieces, not client projects — we'll swap in real work here as clients approve it.
3D tour, video walkthrough and a measured floor plan, shot in one morning.
Six pages, a tour embed on each listing, and an enquiry form that goes straight to the agent.
Measured plans drawn from the same capture session, ready for the MLS.
Starting points, not quotes. Your written quote is fixed, and anything that would add to it gets named before we begin. No setup fee, no rush fee, no charge for handing your own files back to you.

per month, cancel any timeYou do, once the invoice is paid. You get the original files, and you can use them anywhere, for as long as you like. We'll ask separately if we'd like to show a project on this site, and no is a fine answer.
You take the domain, the code repository and the files, and we help you move them. There's no exit fee and no notice period beyond the month you've already paid for. It's set out in the terms of service.
Deposits are refundable up to seven days before a booked shoot date, and website work is billed in milestones so you're never paying far ahead of the work. Full detail is in the refund policy.
Three to five weeks is typical for a small site, measured from the day we have your text and images. The honest bottleneck is usually content, not build time, so we'll tell you exactly what we need on day one.
No. We build sites that run on ordinary static hosting, so you can take yours anywhere. Plenty of clients host elsewhere and only come back when they want changes.
We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, real alt text, contrast that passes, and headings in a sensible order. Our own accessibility statement says what we've tested and what we haven't.
A short email is enough to start. We'll reply within one business day, and we'll say so plainly if it isn't a good fit.
Three things we do now, and one we're still building. Each is priced on its own — taking one doesn't commit you to the others.
A buyer should be able to understand the layout of a house before they ever drive to it.
We capture the property as a 3D tour people can move through at their own pace, and cut a narrated video version for the listing and for social. Most three-bedroom homes take a half day on site.
A half day on site, then [n] business days to delivery. Rush turnaround is available and priced the same — we don't charge extra for urgency.
Staging, cleaning, drone footage and twilight shoots are separate. They'll be quoted as named lines before you agree, never added afterwards.
Fast pages, honest structure, and a codebase you could hand to somebody else tomorrow.
We design first, then build. You see the design before anything is coded, so the expensive part doesn't start until you're happy with how it looks.
Sites are static by default — pre-built HTML served from a global network. That keeps them quick, cheap to run, and resistant to the kind of breakage that comes with database-driven platforms.
Three to five weeks for a small site, counted from the day we have your text and images. Content is usually the bottleneck, so we'll send you a list of exactly what's needed on day one.
Copywriting, photography of your team or premises, and e-commerce are separate pieces of work. We'll tell you which you need before quoting.
The boring monthly things, handled, with nothing holding you here.
Your site runs on Cloudflare's network, which serves it from wherever the visitor happens to be. We set up the domain, keep certificates renewing, hold backups, and make the small content changes that otherwise sit on a list for months.
Month to month. Cancel and we transfer the domain, hand over the repository and help you point it at your new host. There is no exit fee and no charge for the handover. If that ever stops being true, it will be because somebody rewrote this page — so check it.
Things we're building. None of them are finished, and we'd rather say so here than discover it together on your project.
If one of these is the reason you're interested, get in touch and ask where it stands. We'll give you a straight answer about what works today, rather than a date we can't promise.
Every project gets a written quote with a fixed price before any work starts. The quote lists what's included and names anything that would be charged separately, so there's nothing to discover later.
We don't charge a setup fee, a rush fee, a cancellation fee, or a fee to hand back files you've already paid for. Travel beyond the included radius, extra pages and extra shoot time are the things that change a price, and each is a named line you agree to first.
Deposits, milestones and cancellations are set out in the refund policy, and the wider agreement is in the terms of service.
Reply within one business day. If we're not the right fit we'll say so and, where we can, point you at someone who is.
FIN Technologies is based in North Carolina. FIN is short for Future Is Now. It is also, unavoidably, a dolphin — we drew it ourselves and have no plans to apologise for it.
Most agents we met were buying property media from one company and a website from another, and the two never quite met. The tour lived on a platform the agent didn't control, the site was slow, and nobody owned the whole thing.
So we do both. We shoot the walkthrough, we build the page it sits on, and we hand you everything at the end. If you only want one of the two, that's fine — they're priced separately and neither one depends on the other.
Four commitments. They're in the contract, not just on this page.
Fixed scope, fixed number, in writing. If something would cost more, you hear about it before it's done, not on the invoice.
Footage, stills, plans, source code, domain. Yours on payment, and yours to take elsewhere whenever you want.
If your budget won't get you something good, or someone else is a better fit, we'll say that on the first call.
No jargon in quotes, no acronyms in invoices. If we write something you'd have to look up, that's our mistake.
[Austin — replace this paragraph with two or three sentences: your background, how long you've been doing this, and one specific thing you're good at. Keep it factual; it reads better than adjectives.]
We shoot across North Carolina and travel further for larger properties — travel inside [n] miles is included in the quote, and anything beyond that is listed as a separate line before you agree to it.
Website work doesn't need us to be anywhere in particular, so we take those projects from wherever they come.

For client work, because we need it to perform the contract. For invoices and tax records, because the law requires us to keep them.
We only send these if you ticked the optional box. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe address in the footer, and we act on it within [10] days. You can also just reply and ask, or email austin@fintechnc.com. Unsubscribing changes nothing about work we're doing for you.
You can ask us to:
Email austin@fintechnc.com with “Data request” in the subject and tell us which of the above you want. We'll confirm we received it within [3] business days and complete it within [30] days. It's free. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we send anything.
If we have to keep something — an invoice we're legally required to retain, for instance — we'll tell you exactly what and why, and delete the rest.

If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email austin@fintechnc.com and we'll delete it.

These terms apply to work we do for you and to your use of this site. Your written quote sits on top of them — where the two disagree, the quote wins.

We give you a written quote with a fixed price and a defined scope. It's valid for 30 days. The agreement starts when you accept it in writing and, where one is due, pay the deposit. Anything not listed in the quote isn't included; if you want it added we'll quote it separately before doing it.
To hit the dates in a quote we need access to the property at the agreed time, and your text, images and logins when we ask for them. If those are late, the timeline moves by roughly the same amount — we'll tell you when that happens rather than let it drift.
Prices exclude tax unless the quote says otherwise. There is no setup fee, rush fee, cancellation fee or handover fee.
When you've paid in full, you own the deliverables: footage, stills, floor plans, designs and the source code we wrote for your project. You can use, change and move them anywhere, without asking us.
We keep ownership of our own general tools, components and templates that predate your project or that we reuse across clients — you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party material (fonts, stock images, plugins) stays with its owner and is licensed to you under its own terms, which we'll name in the quote.
We'd like to show finished work in our portfolio. We'll ask you first and accept no as an answer.
Monthly, rolling, no minimum term. Either side can end it with [30] days' notice. On ending, we transfer the domain and the repository to you and help you point the site at your new host, at no charge. We keep a backup for [30] days after the end date and then delete it.
We don't promise a specific uptime figure, because the underlying network isn't ours to promise. We do commit to responding to an outage report within [4 business hours].
Set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
You confirm you have the right to give us the text, images, logos and property access you provide, and that using them won't infringe anyone else's rights. If a third party makes a claim about material you supplied, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.
Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is capped at the amount you paid us for that project in the [12] months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or indirect losses. We don't guarantee particular commercial results — no sale price, no traffic number, no search ranking.
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work done up to that point; anything you've paid beyond it is refunded under the refund policy. We may suspend work on an invoice more than [30] days overdue, after telling you.
We may update this page. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you accepted the quote, and we'll email you about any change that affects an ongoing hosting plan at least [30] days ahead.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the courts of [county] County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction.
We bill in stages so you're never far ahead of the work. If we haven't done something, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Work is billed in milestones named in your quote. If you stop the project:
The deposit at the start of a website project is [non-refundable / refundable for 14 days] — decide which and say so here.
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part-months, and we don't charge to hand everything over. Annual plans, if you're on one, are refunded pro rata for whole months remaining.
Tell us within [14] days of delivery and we'll fix it at no charge — that's the first thing we'd rather do. If we can't put it right, we'll refund the part of the fee that relates to the part that's wrong.
Email austin@fintechnc.com with “Refund request” in the subject line and your invoice number. We'll reply within [3] business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [10] business days. We don't charge a processing fee.
Please talk to us before raising one with your bank — nearly everything is quicker to resolve directly, and we'd rather sort it out than argue through a card processor.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts. The only thing stored on your device is your answer to the cookie banner.
This page describes how the site works as built. If you add analytics, a chat widget, an embedded map or a video player later, each one belongs in the table below — and the banner has to gate it.
fin.consent.v1 — strictly necessarylocalStorage, not as a cookie. It records
one word: whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. It stays until you
clear it and is never sent to our server. Without it, the banner would reappear on
every page. There are none. No fonts loaded from another domain, no analytics, no ad pixels, no embedded video, no chat widget, no social buttons. Every file this site loads comes from this site, which is why there's so little to disclose. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Separate from cookies: our host records standard request information (IP address, page, timestamp) for security and reliability. That's described in the privacy policy.
Use the link, also in the footer of every page. You can clear the stored choice at any time through your browser's “clear site data” option, and the banner will simply ask again.
Declining costs you nothing — every part of this site works the same either way.
We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA. This page says what we've actually checked, and where we know we fall short.
Update this page after you run your own testing. An accessibility statement is only useful if it's true — a list of claims nobody verified is worse than no statement at all.

Every site we build gets an accessibility pass before launch, and it's part of the quoted price rather than an upsell. We'll tell you plainly if something you've asked for would make a site harder to use, and suggest a way to get the same effect without the cost.
